Some of the events here also give contact information if you are interested in selling at craft fairs yourself. We do not organize any of the craft fairs ourselves, so please contact event organizers directly.

Launceston ButtermarketSaturdays from 6th March 2010This popular market is re-opening on March 6th in Launceston Town Square.Saturday 6th March. 9.00am - 3.00pm. Quiches, biscuits and cakes, pickles and preserves, organic vegetables, fresh eggs, honey and wax products. Cards and gift boxes, jewellery and hand crafted novelties, hand made soaps, children's books and unusual handmade handbags. Magnetic Therapy Members of the Town Band will be providing their excellent coffee and freshly cooked bacon rolls. The market is open the first and third Saturday in every month. Stalls cost £15. Art in the City - Art FairThursday, 8th April 2010 to Sunday, 11th April 2010‘Art in the City’, a weeklong annual arts festival, takes place in April and involves open spaces and galleries across the city of Truro. The festival in funded by Totally Truro, the organisation delivering Truro’s Business Improvement District (BID). The purpose of the festival is to create an event to make art accessible to the community; that celebrates existing artists and galleries within Truro and to open up opportunities for new artists.Following the success of the Well-worth it Art Fair in 2009, we are looking for a range of high quality artists and galleries to take part in the Art Fair, as part of the Art in the City 2010. A wide variety of artists and local galleries took part in the Art Fair last year, with thousands of people visiting the event to buy their own piece of affordable art. Taking place in the Art in the City marquee on Lemon Quay in Truro, this fair will run for 3 days, and it will contain a variety of art forms ranging from paintings and photography, to jewellery and sculpture, all to be sold at an affordable price. The Art fair will run from Thursday 8th to Saturday 10th April and will be open to the public from 10am until 5pm. The space will be open to allow you to set up your stall from 7.30 am on Thursday and will remain open until 7.00pm on Saturday 10th to allow for each stall to be packed away. A stand at the Art Fair will cost £100 for the 3 day event. All bookings must be confirmed by 15th March and the payment should be made in one instalment on or before 22nd March. The spectacular backdrop of Trereife Park, near Penzance, will be the setting of a summer fayre on Saturday 28th August. A range of attractions will give the event the atmosphere of a traditional country fayre, with a companion dog show, heavy shire horses, and the Western Hunt horses and hounds. A range of classic cars will be on display and visitors will be welcome to browse an array of food, craft and trade stalls, while local Jazz bands provide the soundtrack. Other star attractions, however, looks set to be the Falconry display, Cornish wrestling, as well as Ferret racing and magnificent Steam Engines. The weekend kicks off in magical style with a series of demonstrations and a programme of entertainment, as well as an art exhibition in the Gallery. The Craft Fair will take place all under cover in heated marquees and over the course of the weekend, visitors may browse a range of quality art and craft. A selection of local food suppliers will be on hand to tickle your taste buds, making it the perfect opportunity to stock up on an array of fine foods and drinks for the festive season. Poet’s Cafe will also be serving a selection of homemade refreshments.
