St Ives 'Fair Wednesday'

After a successful first year, the craft and general market - 'Fair Wednesday'
Join us either as a trader or simply come and browse. 
There is always a good and growing variety of stalls at this well sign-posted event; new as well as experienced traders are always welcome.  
'First timers' get an introductory rate of just £7. The standard price for a table remains at  £13.50 for a single, doubles £24.
Tables and chairs are provided and trading is from 10am-4pm. Setting up is from 7.30am.
Parking is at the railway station or Leisure Centre car parks.

Perranporth 'Flash Fair'

Every Thursday

Perranporth's popular 'Flash Fair' restarts on Thursday 17th April at the Memorial Hall, Wheal Leisure and is likely to run every Thursday through to the end of September. 
Join us either as a trader or simply come and browse. 
There is always a good and growing variety of stalls at this well sign-posted event; new as well as experienced traders are always welcome.  
'First timers' get an introductory rate of just £7.
The standard price for a table remains at  £12.50 for a single, doubles £22.

The Cornish Hen Penzance will again be supplying the indoor caterering, with hot food outdoors.
Outside stalls are £25 a day two days booked £45.

Producer Fair

Located at Crocadon Farm, the Easter Producer fair on Saturday 19th April 2014 promises a mixed market of quality arts, crafts and local foods. With over 55 stalls to browse, the market from 9am – 3pm displays an excellent selection of quality food producers offering a range of delicious locally produced Easter treats. Earlier this year the venue was awarded GOLD in the 2014 Taste of the West Awards and described by the judges as a ‘hidden gem’.
Held in a traditional stone courtyard, Each month over 55 stallholders display their produce and creations in our courtyard. Come and find that hidden gem and enjoy a day out at Crocadon.
There is also a selection of craft producers selling unique products ranging from leather creations to homemade soaps. This month we are excited to welcome Toxon Archery who will be running archery demonstrations in our walled garden (weather permitting). There is also live music from local musician Robin in the atmospheric courtyard, not forgetting a hog roast and cafe with excellent coffee and a new selection of cakes from My Fabulous Cakes. The market on Saturday 19th April is set in a traditional stone farm courtyard largely undercover with free parking and free entry.
Remember we are a farm – wear wellies!

Pirates on the Prom

Monday, 26th May 2014

Pirates on the Prom is a day of pirate related music, dance, parade displays and mayhem.
Including an attempt to regain the pirate world record of fancy dress.
Be a part of this World Guinness Book of Records attempt for the most pirates in one place at one.
Target - 20,000 - pirates (count closes at 4pm).
During the day there will be live bands, street entertainment, children's rides and of course the pirates.
There are limited stall spaces available for market traders.
Trading will be from 10 am until 6 pm.
Charge - £5 per foot frontage - minimum 10 ft.
Important: Cornwall Council require a Street Trading Consent Licence. Royal Cornwall Show 2014

There’s something for every member of the family at the Royal Cornwall Show.
It’s the county’s biggest annual event and is brim-full of exhibits and activities which offer so much in the way of entertainment, competition, information, shopping and all that’s best in food and farming.
This is our 220th year and our aim is to keep raising the standard.
There will be some superb craftsmen and women in the Westcountry, producing stunning work. It is innovative, decorative, useful and highly individual. What's more, it's on display and on sale here at the show. For many of the 80 or so craft people represented in the tent it is their biggest marketing opportunity of the year - so they put on a very special effort. The overall effect is staggering. From jewellery to hand made furniture. From pottery to wool and silk products. From pewter ware to paintings, photography and porcelain.

The Grand Day Out Family Fun Day Craft Fair

On Sunday 29th June 2014, Cornwall Hospice Care will host ‘The Grand Day Out’ at the Royal Cornwall Showground.
The day will offer a variety of events and attractions including a live appearance by a top children's TV Character Mike The Knight, craft and produce fair, car boot, fun fair, dog and car shows,  refreshments, licensed bar and live music.
The majority of stalls will be inside the exhibition hall with catering and amusements outside.
Last year this event was attended by over 4,000 people and again promises to be a great day for all the family in 2014.

West Cornwall Motor Show 2014

If you are looking for somewhere special to enjoy a great affordable family day out then the West Cornwall Motor Show is the venue for you.
Alongside a fascinating display of classic/vintage cars and motorcycles, modern car dealerships will be displaying their latest models. Who knows there may even be one or two show discounts on offer? 
An interesting range of trade and craft stands will be demonstrating and selling their wares and our specially constructed stage will host a wide variety of entertainment throughout the day. 
There is also plenty for children to do with entertainment and attractions designed with younger visitors in mind.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day provided by local catering businesses and the Clubhouse fully licensed bar will also be open.

Event runs from 11am to 5pm on the day and takes place across 4 sites in the Churchtown area of Illogan - Illogan Parish Church, the School, Village Hall and Wellbeing Centre.

Cornwall Air Ambulance Family Fun Day

Sunday, 17th August 2014

Open to the public 10.30am until 6pm
Family Fun  Day including arts and crafts fair - a 12ft x 12ft pitch is just £20
There will be live entertainment, a classic car show, children's activities, donkey rides, licensed bar/ food vendors and a visit from the Cornwall Air Ambulance helicopter
Running alongside the Fun Day is the 'It's A Cornish Knockout' event which will see teams battling it out over inflatable obstacles ad crazy games to be declared the champions of 2014.
There's something for everyone at the Fun Day so there's bound to be crowds

New Exhibition Hall with arts crafts and shabby chic and associated items.
Old Exhibition Hall full of antiques, collectables, retro, vintage.
Two fairs one adm fee.
Stallholders pay for your selling table / space.  Get a free table / space for demonstrating or just simply working on your items, as an experienced organiser.
I want lots of stalls with a lot of activity, people work on your items let us see they are hand made by you, will all ways sell more The Cornish Hen Penzance again supplying indoor catering, with hot food outdoors.
Outside stalls are £25 a day two days booked £45
Indoor 10' x 6'  two days £110 tables chairs electric points in the cost no vat or extras
